Now the IT-competence service provider from Hanover offers personnel software. Conga software covers personnel management, staff scheduling, payroll and time recording. In addition, surcharge calculation for weekend or holiday work can be performed. Productivity can also be determined.
For communication with and between employees, there is the “myConga” app. It provides support for organization and shift planning. Here, desired work schedules can be entered, projects coordinated and vacation requests submitted.
